    This gives the advantages of Personal Training but enables a higher frequency on a lower budget.

    We meet all our new clients for a full consultation and plan their exercise week. 

     

    What comes up often is our clients who don’t have a gym membership but don’t want to run, swim or home workout. Our group exercises classes enable these clients to have a diarised highly effective workout without needing to buy equipment or have gym membership. 

     

    The PT provides the very best in one on one focus, coaching and perfectly tailored exercise , while the group exercise provides a motivating environment and a structured week plan with a community of our other clients and class members.
