Garlic Paprika Chicken

    Serves 2



    1 tbsp olive oil

    2 chicken breasts, skinless, cut into 4 pieces each.

    ½  tsp smoked paprika

    ½ tsp turmeric

    1 small garlic clove, crushed

    Zest and juice of 1 small orange




    1. Mix all ingredients with the chicken and marinade for 60 – 90 minutes in the fridge.
    2. Heat oven to 180 degrees C and lightly oil a baking dish.
    3. Add the chicken and marinade to the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
    4. Then turn the chicken over and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked.
    5. Serve with chilli, mango and broccoli salad (from previous recipe).
    6. Enjoy!
