    Quick overnight oats (breakfast)

    Overnight Oats

     

     

    Ingredients

     

    1/2 apple, grated

    40g oats

    1 small of natural yoghurt

    60ml milk

    1 tsp honey

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1 small handful blueberries or other berries

     

    Method

     

    1.    Combine all the ingredients together in a jar or tupperware.

    2.    Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

    3.    Place in a bowl and enjoy!
