How it fits together into a truly tailored, inspirational and effective service
DNPT online is a slick clear and motivating online platform for your overall plan and progress tracking. It is a good platform alone but It really comes to life with direct 1:1 sessions with your PT via live video link. Video sessions are clear and effective. We can clearly see and communicate with you, so we can v effectively coach and lead the session. It works impressively to deliver the most refreshing, challenging and effective workout of your week this way and coach your best habits outside the sessions. On the DNPT online platorm progress can be recorded in a large number of motivating ways including workout stats, body stats, fitbits and MFP can be linked in. Milestones and workouts recorded as they occur and tracked.Your plan and workout is updated regularly as you progress.



The online session is an hour of your trainers 1:1 focused time of both exercise and coaching. There is usually a workout section, which can be delivered in variety of ways from ‘flow’ to ‘blast’ aswell as focus in on any specific exercises that deserve special attention in the current or upcoming plan. This video linked session is an opportunity to catch up with you, introduce new parts of your plan and listen to your needs and feedback. Crucially it is the human element of interaction, accountability and inspiration that really brings things to life and helps people to achieve the attainment of the objectives with making and taking time for exercise. Its your trainers chance to interact with you too and keep updating the plan to keep it fresh and perfectly tweaked to keep you on track.
