Your training experience will be built from scratch and tailored to you as an individual. It’s important to remember it will always be completely based around you as an individual- but as a starting point, consider which of these two approaches appeals to you the most, then get in touch and we can go from there
A: Kick Start : If you want an abrupt no compromises kick start to your lifestyle change, or to break barriers with a focused effort The 4 weeks package may be the initial approach for you.
B: Steady Progress: If you want steady and consistent progress that is sustainable for the long term, then the twelve week package is for you.
Whichever appeals most, If you’re not sure, or think you might want something completely different – let’s talk and work out some ideas that are based around you.
